The 19th edition of Parma Ham Festival will take place from the 2nd to the 4th of September; this event, recalls every year a big number of visitors to the city in which the ham is produced and it is focused on the celebration of the most famous cold cut Emiliano.

Taste itineraries, music and many events surround the festival, but there is more: it will be possible to visit all the typical places characterizing the Po valley, in which the cold cuts are aged; a tour that follows tourist hubs and cultural beauties, from the elegant hills to the dedicated museum.

Opening this edition will be the starred chef Carlo Cracco, that will talk about the Italian excellences abroad, category of which Parma ham is flagship.
